Introduction to the User Agreement

Welcome to the JOVO online store. Below we explain the terms and conditions governing your use of the store, and the legal implications of using its services and products through its online platform.

Any person’s use of the store, whether as a consumer of a product or service or otherwise, constitutes their acceptance of the terms of this agreement, an acknowledgment of their legal and statutory capacity, and their agreement to abide by all the conditions contained therein.

This agreement applies to all transactions between the Jovo store and the consumer, and becomes effective upon approval, registration, or use of the store, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement, and the following terms shall be interpreted according to the meanings set forth below:

The store: refers to the JOVO store, including its website and any electronic application or retail outlet affiliated with it.
Consumer: Every person who deals with the store electronically to obtain the products or services it provides.
Agreement: The terms and conditions contained in this document, which govern the relationship between the store and the consumer.

Article Two – Consumer Legal Capacity

The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity, as recognized by Sharia and the system, to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
The consumer bears the consequences of providing incorrect data or statements regarding his legal capacity, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Article Three – Nature of the Obligation

Jovo Store is committed to providing the products or services requested by the consumer according to the advertised specifications and conditions.
The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of product or service required.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines

The consumer agrees to use the Jovo store website in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consumer agrees not to use the products or services obtained from the store in any activity that violates applicable regulations or laws.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

When creating an account at the Jovo store, the consumer agrees to provide the required information, choose secure login details, and accepts the following terms:

The consumer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, and is obligated to inform the store immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account or breach of their data.
The store is not responsible for losses resulting from the consumer disclosing their login details, within the limits permitted by applicable regulations.
The consumer is obligated to use his account in a personal and responsible manner, and bears responsibility for the transactions that take place through it in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The consumer is obligated to use the store seriously and honestly and not to provide misleading information.
The consumer is obligated to provide accurate, up-to-date, complete and legal information during registration and order completion, and to update it when necessary.
Jovo Store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information and contact data, and to processing and protecting it in accordance with applicable regulations.
The store has the right to suspend or restrict the account if it is proven that false, illegal, or non-compliant information was provided, in accordance with the consumer's statutory rights.
In the event of a breach of the terms of this agreement, the store may restrict the user’s access to its services or suspend their account in accordance with applicable regulations.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels

Both parties agree to use approved electronic communication methods, including the email address registered with the store.
Notices, agreements, invoices and information related to orders may be sent electronically and shall have the legal force established by applicable regulations.
Jovo Store may contact the consumer to inform him of the order status or updates related to the service or agreement, and send marketing messages in accordance with applicable regulatory approvals and requirements.

Article Seven – Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees

If any provision of the agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The store may update the agreement as needed, taking into account notifying the consumer of the changes whenever the system requires it.
Additional charges may apply in connection with certain products, services, shipping options, or regulatory taxes and fees, and these will be explained to the consumer in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The store reserves the right to modify prices, fees and advertised offers, without prejudice to consumer rights arising from confirmed orders or the provisions of applicable regulations.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services

Jovo Store provides electronic payment options and financial services available through the store's platform and approved payment partners.
The store is committed to displaying prices for products and services clearly in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The store is committed to providing invoices and documents related to purchase and payment transactions in accordance with the relevant regulations.
The store complies with the accounting, regulatory and tax requirements applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights pertaining to the JOVO store, including the name, logos, designs, and content for which it owns the rights, belong to their respective owners.
The consumer is obligated to respect the intellectual property rights of the store and other parties, and is prohibited from copying or reusing protected materials without obtaining the necessary permissions.

Article Ten – Store Liability

Jovo Store is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The store's liability for errors or damages related to orders, shipping services, or third parties is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, and this agreement shall not be construed as an exemption from any liability that may not be exempted by law.
Jovo Store, its management and employees are committed to providing products and services that are regulated and permitted for trading in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership

Jovo Store may restrict a user’s access to the store’s services, suspend or cancel their account for legitimate reasons, including violation of the terms of use or applicable regulations, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.

Article Twelve – The applicable law or regulation

This agreement shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes relating to it shall be subject to the competent authorities in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the extent permitted by law.
Arabic is the language adopted for interpreting the provisions of this agreement. If it is translated into another language, the Arabic text shall be used, unless regulations stipulate otherwise.
Prices of the products offered may be modified from time to time, provided that this does not affect consumer rights relating to confirmed orders.
Marketing and promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or terminated in accordance with their announced terms and applicable regulations.
Both parties commit to dealing in a manner that does not violate the regulations, laws, and Sharia rules in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
No provision in this agreement shall be interpreted as nullifying or diminishing the rights guaranteed to the consumer by law.
